  • Any medications you are taking or may take, the quantity and schedule of dosage (your Prescriptions)

Technical information:

  • The Internet IP address of the device(s) you use to access the service

Directly Collected Data

You directly provide most data when you:

  • Register online or complete a user profile form
  • Complete a form or questionnaire related to a trial
  • Perform scheduling for reminders or appointments
  • Participate in customer surveys or provide feedback
  • Communicate with us via email, chat or telephone
  • Use our website via your browser’s cookies

When you directly provide data, the company acts as the “Data Controller” (owning and processing your data), unless designated as “Data Processor” via contract.

Indirectly Collected Data

The company may receive data indirectly from:

  • Your Pharmacy
  • Your Medical Insurance Company
  • A company or service provider running a medical trial you participate in

When receiving data indirectly, the company acts as “Data Processor” on behalf of the entity (Data Controller) who supplied or gave permission to access your data.

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects data to:

  • Manage your account
  • Supply you and other medical parties information, reports and progress related to your Prescriptions, trials and other medical information
  • Improve products and services
  • Use anonymized data for future clinical analysis, establish industry baselines, identify trends

We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Data (PII) to our partners or other third parties. The company may use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling to monitor and prevent fraud and abuse, ensure security and reliability of services, and perform contracts with you.

How do we store your data?

  • Company securely stores data at Sites hosted in the United States, subject to U.S. state and federal law
  • Data is protected using industry standard security controls, advanced secure encryption for data transfer and storage
  • Infrastructure hosting providers are both HIPAA and ISO 27001 certified

How long do we keep your data?

  • Personal Data is kept as long as you use the Service or as required by contractual partners
  • Data may be kept to comply with regional regulatory and legal requirements
  • If you no longer use the Service, request erasure, or data is no longer needed, it will be permanently deleted

Note: Anonymized records of clinical trials or transactions may be kept for future clinical analysis, establishing industry baselines, identifying trends, and improving products and services. These contain no Personally Identifiable Data.
